摘要
以PAR为显色剂 ,乳化剂OP为增敏剂 ,采用系数补偿和双峰双波长的两次双波长分光光度法同时测定痕量钴 (Ⅱ )和镍 (Ⅱ ) ,钴 (Ⅱ )、镍 (Ⅱ )的线性范围分别为 0~ 2 5、0~ 2 0 μg/ (2 5mL) ,回收率分别为 97.0 %~10 2 .0 %、92 .4 %~ 10 5 .0 %。该法用于矿样的测定 ,测定结果的相对标准偏差为 0 .76 %~ 2 .9%。
Co(Ⅱ)-PAR-OP and Ni(Ⅱ)-PAR-OP were used to determine the trace cobalt and nickel simultaneously by two-times dual-wavelength spectrophotometry, the linear ranges were 0~25 μg/(25 mL) and 0~20 μg/(25 mL), and the recoveries were 97.0%~102.0%, 92.4%~105.0% respectively. The method was used to determine cobalt and nickel in minerals with the relative standard deviation of 0.76%~2.9%.
