家庭环境与ADHD儿童行为的相关性

Family Environment and Development of Behavior in Children with ADHD

目的 :探讨注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的家庭环境特点及其与儿童行为的相关性。方法 :选用家庭环境量表(FES)、Achenbach儿童行为量表 (CBCL)分别对 30例ADHD及 30例正常儿童进行评定。结果 :ADHD儿童的家庭在FES量表中亲密度、情感表达、组织性的评分低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而矛盾性则高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;ADHD儿童的社会能力各分量表分及总分均显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,行为问题各分量表分及总分均显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。FES的某些环境因素与ADHD儿童的行为特点存在不同程度相关性。结论 :ADHD儿童处在相对不良的家庭环境中 。

Objective:To study the family environment and the behavior of children with ADHD.Methods:30 children with ADHD and 30 normal children were assessed with FES-CV(family environment scale-Chinese version),and Achenbach CBCL.Results:Children with ADHD had lower scores of cohesion,expressiveness,organization and more conflicts in FES-CV,they had lower social competence and more behavior problems than control in CBCL.Family environment factors were associated with behavior problems.Conclusion:Children with ADHD have more behavior problems,which are associated with their poorer family environment.
