“非典”流行期大学生的压力应对策略与其心理健康的关系研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :本研究旨在探索非典流行期大学生的非典压力应对策略与其心理健康的关系。方法 :用大学生非典压力应对策略调查表、自测健康评定量表测量了 72 3名大学生。结果 :大学生的非典压力应对策略对其心理健康有直接的影响。结论 :大学生的非压力应对策略与其心理健康存在显著的相关关系。 Objective:To explore the relationship of college students' mental health to coping strategies associated with SARS' stress. Methods:Questionnaires about coping strategies associated with SARS' stress and mental health were administered to 723 college students in Tianjin. Results: College students' coping strategies associated with SARS' stress significantly influenced their mental health. Conclusion:Significant correlation was demonstrated between mental health and coping strategies associated with SARS' stress in college students.
