摘要
说话人和听话人是构建语言意义的主体 ,他们的切身体验和社会文化背景、对交际环境的认识和看法 ,都肯定要体现在所说的话语和对话语的理解中 ,对话语的结构和意义都会产生重要的影响。一个表达方式的意义是由它激活的概念内容和这种内容按其表达目的被理解的方式共同作用决定的。
The speaker and hearer are the subjects in the construction of linguistic meaning. Their experiences in the world, social and cultural backgrounds and their views of the situation of communication are sure to be represented in their utterances and their understanding of such utterances, and play an important role in the construction of the structure and meaning of utterances. The meaning of an expression is thus decided by both its conceptual content and the way in which it is understood. Linguistic meaning is constructed by both the subject and object of conceptualization.
