摘要
分别对常温和低温饲养的 31和 38日龄艾维茵肉鸡翼静脉注射 0 5mL·kg-1白三烯受体拮抗剂扎鲁司特( 1g·mL-1) ,采用右心导管法测定注射药物前后肺动脉压和股动脉压的变化。结果显示 2日龄段常温饲养肉鸡注射扎鲁司特 5min后肺动脉收缩压 ( ( 3 31± 0 31)和 ( 4 6 3± 0 34)kPa)显著 (P <0 0 5 )或极显著 (P <0 0 1)高于注射前 ( ( 2 5 3± 0 2 5 )和 ( 3 10± 0 38)kPa) ,但舒张压无显著变化。 2日龄段低温饲养肉鸡在注射扎鲁司特 5min后肺动脉收缩压 ( ( 4 4 2± 0 2 8)和 ( 5 70± 0 4 2 )kPa)显著 (P <0 0 5 )或极显著 (P <0 0 1)高于注射前 ( ( 3 75± 0 2 3)和 ( 4 99± 0 37)kPa) ,并且肺动脉舒张压 ( ( 2 16± 0 2 4 )和 ( 3 4 0± 0 31)kPa)也显著 (P <0 0 5 )高于注射前( ( 1 71± 0 19)和 ( 2 4 9± 0 38)kPa)。常温和低温饲养的肉鸡注射扎鲁司特后股动脉压均无显著性变化。静脉注射白三烯受体拮抗剂扎鲁司特可使肉鸡肺动脉压升高 ,表明内源性白三烯具有降低肺动脉压的作用。
The effect of Zafirlukast on pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) was investigated in broiler chickens. The birds were reared under normal ambient temperature (NT) and low ambient temperature (LT). The PAP and feromal artery pressure (FAP) was measured at 31, 38 days of age. The results shows 1) The pulmonary artery systolic pressures (PASP) under NT significantly increased from (2 53±0 25) kPa to (3 31±0 31) kPa ( P <0 05) in 31 day chicken, and PASP increased from (3 10±0 38) kPa to (4 63±0 34) kPa in 38 day chicken after intravenous injection of Zafirlukast ( P <0 01).While the pulmonary artery diastolic pressure (PADP) of NT was not significantly different. But under the condition of LT, the injection of Zafirlukast significantly increased PASP from (3 75±0 23) kPa to (4 42±0 28) kPa in 31 day chicken( P <0 05), and from (2 49±0 38) kPa to (3 40±0 31) kPa in 38 day chicken ( P <0 05). 2) The FAP in all groups were not significantly different after the injection of Zafirlukast ( P >0 05). Those data suggest that Zafirlukast significantly increase the PAP of broiler chickens, and endogenous leukotrienes may decrease the PAP of the birds.
