摘要
运用VisualBasic语言编制焊接材料的计算机辅助设计系统(WMCAD),对Cr B W V系铁基高温耐磨堆焊合金的合金系统成分,进行一次回归正交设计,建立该合金系统相应堆焊层的高温耐磨性与合金系统组分之间的回归方程,在满足约束条件的情况下对目标函数求极值,从而获得Cr B W V系堆焊合金的最优配方,并且实现了实验的定量性和科学性.
With the welding materials computer aided design system (WMCAD) made by using Visual Basic, the component of Cr-B-W-V system high temperature-wear-resistant iron-base spray welding alloy is optimized through one-time regression orthogonal design. The regression equation between the high temperature-wear-resistance (760 ℃ wear-lost-weight:ΔW) of the spray weld and the components of alloy system is constructed. By computing the extreme value of the target function under the requirement, the optimization of Cr-B-W-V system high temperature-wear-resistant iron-base spray welding alloy is obtained, and the scientific nature and quantitative nature of experiment are achieved.
