摘要
讨论了静态特性对锆头测量误差的影响,及双参数校正法在解决减少锆头非线性误差的局限性.提出了氧化锆测氧传感器的另一种静态特性数学模型.用这一模型实现依模测量,能明显克服锆头的非线性误差,使测量精度提高两个数量级.在智能仪表中这种模型有广泛的应用前景.
The effect of static performance on measuring error for the probe and the limitation in reducing nonlinear error with double parameters correcting method were discussed. Another static performance of math model for zircite oxygen transmitter was presented. To realize model-depend measurement with this model, nonlinear error of the probe distinctly can be overcomed, it increases measuring accuracy by tow classes. This kind of model has wide application prospects in intelligent instrumentation.
