摘要
简述了2,2 二甲氧基丙烷(DMP)的合成方法.着重介绍了以乙二醇和丙酮为原料经2,2 二甲基 1,3 二氧环戊烷(DMD)合成DMP的工艺条件.选用二氯甲烷为带水剂,无水硫酸铁为催化剂,经单因素实验合成DMD后,再与甲醇交换,选用AlCl3为催化剂经正交实验合成DMP.两步反应的总收率达到60%.
The synthetic methods of 2,2-dimethoxy propane (DMP) were reported. The technologicl condition of this compound via 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolane (DMD)was presented briefly, the later compound was prepared on propylene glycol and acetone. In the first stage, choosing dichloromethane as water-separating agent, DMD was synthesized by single factor experiment, then the target product DMP was made under orthogonal design of experiments, AlCl3 as catalyst, DMD was exchanged by methanol, total yield rate of two steps is up to 60 %.
