摘要
人民调解制度是我国重要的解纷方式。为了充分发挥其作用 ,最高人民法院对其做了完善。但为了发挥人民调解的特有作用 。
People mediation is an important mode of solution to dissension.The highest court have perfected its function.But there are more for it to be perfected to accommodate the changing of position.
