摘要
对HG AFS法连续测定锌精矿中砷、锑、铋、锡的不确定度进行了分析。根据建立的数学模型计算出各种不确定度的分量并将其合成,最后得出HG AFS法连续测定锌精矿中砷、锑、铋、锡的扩展不确定度。
The uncertainty of measurement in the successive HG-AFS determination of As Sb Bi and Sn in zinc concentrates was analyzed. The main sources of uncertainty of measurement were determined. The mathematical model was established to evaluate the main individual uncertainties, based on which the combined uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were obtained.
