摘要
应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱技术,建立了定量测定明胶中铁等13种微量元素的方法。采用湿法消解对明胶样品进行了前处理。讨论了ICP AES同时测定明胶中13种微量元素时,利用功能强大的化学工作站对物理干扰和光谱干扰、背景进行消除。结果表明,此法准确、快速,检出限低,相对标准偏差及回收率均较好。被测元素工作曲线的线性相关系数≥0.9995。
Gelatin sample was pretreated by wet digestion method. Trace elements (totally 13 elements) in the sample were then determined by ICP-AES under the conditions specified. By the use of efficient chemical station, physical spectral and background interferences were effectively eliminated, or corrected. RSD′s and recoveries obtained in the determination of all the 13 elements were all satisfactory. The correlation coefficients of the working curves were ≥0.999 5, which showed that good linearity was achieved.
