Ponderation on Further Promoting the Strategic Regulation of State-owned Economy in Province Liaoning

近几年,辽宁省大力推进国有经济布局调整取得了初步成效。但总体上看,国有经济布局的结构性矛盾仍十分突出。按照“十五”期间我省国有经济进行战略调整的指导思想,我省继续推进辽宁国有经济战略调整,实施振兴战略,应收缩战线、抓大放小、进有所为、退而有序、分类调整。

In recent years,it obtains preliminary success to promote distributable regulation of state-owned economy in province Liaoning,but the structural conflict of economical arrangement,to sum up,still rigorous.In accordance with the orientational concept,the regulative strategy of state-ouned economy in Liaoning should be:shortening battle line,grasping the large and releasing the small,advancing with right way to create,back with order,and regulation by kind.
