加强党的建设。第一要从解放思想、实事求是的基点出发,全面贯彻“三个代表”的要求。第二,要从提高党的执政能力和领导水平出发,更好地实行民主集中制。第三,密切党同人民群众的血肉联系加强党的作风建设。

There are three requirements for improving party construction.First,we must carry out the ideological requirement of “three represetation” proceeding with emancipative mind and being practical and realistic.Second,We must practise the democratic centralism proceeding with improving governing ability and the style of leadership.Third,we must build closer relation with the masses and improve style construction.
