我国农村劳动力的转移存在着教育壁垒。劳动力的教育文化素质影响甚至决定着劳动力转移的难易度、转移后的职业及收入、转移的区间等 ,劳动力有效转移对劳动力文化知识和能力素质有较高要求 ,劳动力转移到城镇、乡镇企业。

There is an education barrier in the rural labor migration in our country. Labor’s educational and cultural quality affects even decides the difficulty of labor migration, the occupation and income of labors migration and migration scope. Preparations of labor’s cultural knowledge and faculty quality are demanded in the labor migration, which gives rise to the demand of higher education for the labor's migration to urban, township enterprises, the tertiary industry and for labor export.
