老年食管癌围手术期特征及处理

Peri-operative characteristics and management in old esophageal carcinoma patients

目的:总结老年食管癌围手术期处理经验。方法:回顾分析1998年1月～2003年12月某院收治的91例老年食管癌的临床资料。结果:全组治愈88例,死亡3例。结论:老年食管癌患者术后并发症与术前并存症、吻合方式及手术时间长短有关。加强围手术期呼吸道处理是手术成功的关键。

Objective To study the experience of Peri-operative management in old esophageal carcinoma patients.Methods The clinical data of 91cases of old esophageal cancer patients treated in our hospital from Jan 1998 to Dec 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 88 cases were cured and 3 patients died.Conclusion Old esophageal cancer patients complications were associated with application diseases,operation time and method.Respiratory duct management is most important.
