Limited Law Responsibility Which Media Should Afford From False News Resource

近年来 ,我国一些媒体的报道因为新闻来源的失实而造成了新闻纠纷 ,其间媒体及其从业者也免不了承担相应的法律责任 ,媒体的声誉与权威性也因此而受损。因此 ,新闻媒体及从业人员应明确自身的责任 ,维护自身的权益 ,在确保新闻的真实性的同时 ,加强新闻法律意识 。

Recently, some reports of our media have met news confliction for wrong news resource, at the same time, media and reporters unavoidably shoulder corresponding responsibility, so the reputation and authority has suffered injury. This article is aimed at researching the false news resource in the different condition from different point of view and investigating the limited responsibility should media take on; Further discussing how reporters can better clarify duty and learn to protect privilege. In one side reporters should assure news truth, in the other side should enhance consciousness of news law in order to avoid unnecessarily confliction.
