黄芪合并降糖药治疗糖尿病微量蛋白尿疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of astragalus membranaceus injection together with hypoglycemic agent on diabetic microalbuminuria

目的:观察黄芪注射液治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病微量蛋白尿的疗效。方法:Ⅱ型糖尿病微量蛋白尿患者132例随机分为两组,治疗组(n=68)在常规治疗基础上加黄芪注射液30ml/d静滴。对照组不用黄芪注射液,余同治疗组,共治疗14d。结果:治疗组治疗前后对比FBG、MBP、尿ALB及血β2-MG明显减少(P<0.01),尿β2-MG下降(P<0.05),疗效优于对照组。结论:黄芪注射液治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病微量蛋白尿有效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of astragalus membranaceus injection on the treatment of diabetic microalbuminuria,Methods 132 patients with diabetic microalbuminuria were randomly devided into two groups. Treatment group received astragalus membranaceus injection 30 ml intravenously qd in addition to routine treatment . Control group received routine treatment only. The patients were treated for 14 days. Results After treatment in treatment group FBG、MBP、uria albumin and blood β2-MG decreased (P<0.01),urine β2-MG decreased (P<0.05).The curative effect was significantly superior to that in control group . Conclusion Astragalus membranaceus injection is effective in treating two types of microalbuminuria diabetes mellitus.
