152例儿童电子胃镜调查分析及护理对策

Research of 152 cases of electric gastroscope in children and nursing countermeasure

目的:探讨儿童上消化性疾病的护理对策。方法:对某科2003年1～12月进行的152例患儿行电子胃镜及Hp检测的临床资料调查分析。结果:Hp感染在儿童上消化道疾病中占绝对优势,是慢性胃炎的主要发病原因,也是引起消化性溃疡的重要原因。结论:通过儿童电子胃镜及Hp检测能及时明确病因、病变部位、性质。采取有效护理对策,明显提高了护理质量。

Objective To inquire the nursing countermeasure of upper enteron diseases in children. Methods To analyse the clinical data of 152 of electric gastroscope and Helicobacter pylori(Hp) test in children patients from January to December in 2003.Results HP infection play the majority part of upper digestibility diseases in children.It is not only the primary pathogeny of chronic gastritis but also the important reason of digestibility ulceration .Conclusion It makes clear not only the pathogeny ,the part of diseases but also the kind of diseases by electric gastroscope and HP test in children. It obviously improves the quality of nursing to take effective nursing countermeasure.
