目的:该文通过对护患关系中的移情现象进行分析,便于提高临床护士的心理护理水平。方法:对临床上观察到的移情现象,运用心理学的原理加之分析处理,提出了一些实用的技巧。结果:改善护患关系,有利于病人的康复和护士自身的心理平衡。结论:正确的认识和处理移情是临床护士提高业务水平的一个重要方面。

Objective The paper aims at improving the quality of clinical psychological nursing by analyzing the phenomena of transference in nurse-patient relationship. Methods Analyzing the phenomena of transference in clinical nurse-patient relationship by applying the psychological principles and pointing out some practical techniques of nursing. Results Nurse-patient relationship has been improved,which leads to better patients' recovery and nurses' psychological balance. Conclusion It is one of the most important aspects for nurse to realize and deal with the phenomena of transference in their work correctly.
