717份呼吸道标本真菌感染回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of positive rate of the fungal infection in the 717 upper respiratory discharge samples

目的:了解4390份呼吸道标本的真菌感染情况。方法:对2000年10月～2003年9月某院住院患者4390份呼吸道标本的培养进行回顾性分析。结果:4390份呼吸道感染标本中,真菌感染标本717份,真菌感染检出率占16.3%;细菌感染标本1020份,检出率占23.2%。3年中真菌感染各占构成比为9.3%、16.5%、23.1%。结论:真菌感染出现逐年上升趋势,临床应予高度重视。

Objective To analyse the fungal infection rate in wards of our hospital. Methods 4390 samples of the upper respiratory discharge from September 2000 to October 2003 in every ward in our hospital have been used in our examination and retrospective study. Results In 4390 samples of the upper respiratory discharge,717 samples had been detected as fungal infection positive and occupy 16.3%of all,and while 1020 samples had been detected as bacteria infection positive and occupy 23.2%of total samples. In three years the fungal infection positive rate in our hospital is 9.3%,16.5%and 23.1%.Conclusion The fungal infection rate has been increased during the last three years and we shall pay more attention to it.
