加强信息交流 促进学校对临床实习学生的管理

Reinforce the information exchange improve the management of students for clinical internship

临床实习中由于存在实习生分布散、学校和医院之间的关系松散、社会对学生的影响加大等原因,致使学生、学校、医院三方不能有效地进行信息交流,给学校的临床实习管理带来了难度。因而要利用电话、手机短信、网上QQ等多种现代化信息传递工具,加强三方的信息交流,构建教学管理网络平台。只有充分重视并加强临床实习管理这一教学环节,完善实习管理制度,才能培养合格的医学人才。

The interns' sparsely spreading in different hospitals and clinics for practice,the loose connection between the school and the hospitals as well as the society's influence on the students all disable the efficient communication between the students and the hospitals,which also impose great difficulty on the management of the clinical internship. Therefore,we have to use the modern information transferring facilities,such as telephones,mobile phone messages,QQ on the Internet to reinforce the information exchange among the three and build up the network platform of the management of teaching. We can foster more qualified interns in medicine only when we pay much attention to the management of this teaching method,reinforce the management of clinical internship and at the same time improve the managing system of internship.
