本文仅对影响施工机械使用成本的主要客观因素-利用率问题,运用实例,就投资决策中有关自购与租赁设备、购置何种类型设备和专用或额外需要设备等问题,采用动态分析方法进行分析、评价投资的经济效益,选择最佳方案.

This paper has discussed the main factors-operational efficiency-which effects the operational costs of construction machineries .By taking a practical example,the dynamic analysis method has been used to analyse some problems about the purchasing and leasing of equipments,the selection of types of equip- ments and the selection of the special equip- ments and extra equipments in the investment decision.The evaluation of economical efficien- cy of investment and the selection of optimum plan have been discussed too.
