摘要
聚磷酸铵是一种性能优良的阻燃剂,但聚合度的大小直接影响到其与阻燃基材的相容性.以磷酸和尿素为原料,采用分步聚合的方法,控制适宜的聚合条件,合成了高聚合度的聚磷酸铵.该产品水溶性小,与树脂相容性好,以聚磷酸铵为基组成的膨胀型阻燃剂应用于聚乙烯阻燃,取得了良好的阻燃效果.
Ammonium polyphosphate (APP) is a good flame retardant(FR), but the compatibility between APP and resin depends on the degree of polymerization. APP with high degree of polymerization is synthesized step by step through polymerization from phosphorous acid and urea under an optimum condition. This product has smaller solubility in water and good compatibility with resin. Good flame retardation is obtained when ammonium-polyphosphate-based intumescent flame retardant is applied to polyethylene (PE).
