高校共青团干部实践“三个代表”,立党为公,执政为民,让党放心,让青年满意,就必须在三个基本点上痛下功夫:必须始终牢牢把握立党为公、执政为民的精神实质;必须牢牢把握服务大局和服务青年的辨证统一关系;必须全面提升自身的综合素质。

In practising the important thought of the “Three Represents',the CYL cadres should bear in mind that League cadres work for the public and for the interests of the people,let the Party have confidence in them,and make young people satisfied with what they do.And more importantly,they need to concentrate on the three basic points:(1)to have a firm grip on the essence of working for the public and exercising the state power in the interests of the people;(2)to have a comprehensive mastery of the dialectical relations between serving overall public interests and serving young people;(3)to upgrade their own overall quality.
