摘要
高等教育存在的不足:如没有做到因材施教、仅把高等教育理解为培养高层次的理论人才;高校就业存在的不足:如对就业指导的讲座或招聘会式的简单理解、就业指导体系及工作软硬件建设的不完善;高校毕业生就业技巧的不足:如观念陈旧、缺乏信心、心理准备不充分等,均影响了大学毕业生的就业率。而提高大学毕业生就业率的关键就在于:高等教育模式中培养应用型人才的改革;高校毕业生就业指导模式中就业指导体系的完善;网络利用与现实信息交流的加强;能增强社会适应性的就业基本常识的掌握。
The main factors affecting college graduates' employment rate include:(1)defects in higher education,e.g. failing to suit the instruction to the student's level;(2)defects in the college's employment guidance work,e.g.imperfection of the employment guidance system;and (3)defects in college graduates' employment technique,e.g. lack of confidence in himself.In light of these negative factors,we should focus due attention on two aspects of work.First,the reform of education must be deepened to train practical professional personnel.Second,it is necessary to reform the employment guidance model and improve the employment guidance system,to strengthen network application and information exchange,and to enhance graduates' adaptability to society.Only by doing so, is it possible to increase college graduates' employment rate.
