摘要
在简单介绍企业的核心竞争力理论之后,首先对我国煤炭企业的竞争地位进行了分析,然后结合我国煤炭企业的实际情况,从价值链、技能、顾客价值3个角度对煤炭企业核心竞争力的特性进行了较为深入的分析和探讨,并提出了我国煤炭企业提高核心竞争力的一些对策.
After a brief introduction of the theory of core competition power of enterprises, at first,analyzes the competitive status of coal enterprises. Then, in terms of the practical conditions of Chinese coal enterprises, analyzes and discusses the character of core competition power of coal enterprises.At the same time, presents some methods of improving core competition power of Chinese coal enterprises.
