新的历史时期,党的自身建设显得十分重要。高校学生党支部是党在高校的最基层组织,是大学德育工作的重要承担者,对在高校贯彻执行党的各项路线、方针、政策起着非常重要的作用。因此,应切实加强高校学生党支部的建设。而认真抓好学生党支部书记的培养、学生党员的教育管理、新党员的发展、党的自身建设以及社会实践活动五个环节,是加强高校学生党支部建设的根本所在。

The Party Branches of colleges are the most primary organizations of the Party in the higher educational institutes and the carriers of the moral training work in colleges. They play an important role in carrying out principles and policies of the Party. Therefore the construction of the Party students' Party Branches in colleges must be strengthened. The five elements of training the secretaries of the Party Branches, educating the students Party members, developing new Party members, self-construction of the Party and social practice are the base of strengthening the Party Branches in colleges.
