Office Work at Colleges and Universities: Standardization and Innovation-A Perspective of Its Comparison with That of Government

高校办公室与政府办公室工作既存有极大的普遍性,又有着无可完全替代的特殊性。本文本着"同中求异、异中求同"的原则与思路,结合自身的工作实践与体会,从高校办公室与政府办公室比较中就规范与创新高校办公室工作进行了审视和思考。

Office work at colleges and universities, while sharing certain common ground with that of the government, is with its distinctive features. This paper, following the principle of 'exploring differences embedded in similarities, and seeking common ground while shelving differences', and integrating it with the author's practice and experience, probes into the standardization and innovation of the office work at colleges and universities by comparing it with that of the government.
