摘要
为了从微观上分析PDC钻头的流场 ,从而优化PDC钻头的水力结构设计 ,利用计算流体动力学技术 ,对一只实体PDC钻头的三维流场进行了数值模拟。模拟中考虑了钻头的切削齿和射流喷嘴对流场的影响。流场的网格划分采用局部加密的混合网格形式 ,保证了计算精度和运算速度的要求。流场的三维模拟结果揭示了钻头的低速区、回流区和滞流区域 。
In order to microspecially analyze the flow field of a PDC bit to optimize ita hydraulic structural design, a numerical simulation on a solid PDC bit 3D flow field is conducted by using computational fluid dynamics. The influence of bit cutting teeth and its jet nozzle on the flow field is taken into account in the simulation. Locally thickened and composite meshes are deployed in the flow field mesh division so as to guarantee the requirements of computational precision and operation speed. The flow field 3D simulating result demonstrates low speed area, back flow area and retarded flow area, by which a theoretically basis is provided for optimally analyzing bit hydraulic structures.
