摘要
目的:研究黄连3种微粒的溶出性。方法:选用3因素(粒径、加水量、溶出时间)、3水平正交设计试验,用苦味酸离子对萃取法测定黄连中的季铵碱溶出量。结果:粒径6.4~57.0μm的微粉,5 min,45倍水量溶出性能最佳,粒径<6.4μm的微粉溶出性较差。结论:粒径6.4~57.0μm的黄连微粉直接应用于临床具有重要意义。
Objective: To study the solubilization of rhizoma coptidis powdered to micrometer particles of 3 different diameters. Methods: The effects of 3 factors, namely particle diameter, amount of water added and time on the solubilization were assayed with the 3 level orthogunal test. The amount of quartemary ammonium hydrate solubilized from rhizoma coptidis was determined by the picric acid ion-pair extraction method. Results: The optimal conditions for the solubilizafion were: particle diameters ranging from 6.4 to 57.0 μm; 45 vohtmes of water added to 1 volume of the drug and 5 minutes of duration. Particles with diameters smaller than 6.4 μm were less liable to be solubrlized. Conclusion: Rhizoma coptidis particles with diameters ranging form 6.4 to 57.0 μm should be directly used in the clinic.
