语言是文化的载体 ,翻译不仅是语言的转换 ,更是文化的传真。译者应当有强烈的文化意识 ,不仅熟悉两种语言 ,了解相关专业知识 ,更应该熟悉两种文化 ,并在翻译中充分考虑两种文化的差异 ,让翻译真正促进科学技术、商贸和文化的交流与发展。

Language is the carrier of culture. Translation is not only linguistic transfer but also communication of cultures. Therefore, a translator should be bilingual, bicultural and professional. Cultural differences should be taken into full consideration in translation so as to achieve the goal of promoting communication and enhancing development of science and technology, trade and commerce, and culture.
