微核实验的自动化检测研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 评价各种物理的(如多种射线、微波、电磁辐射等)、化学的(废水、废气、废渣 ,简称“三废”)以及生物因子(如多种细菌、霉菌及其生物毒素)的遗传毒性是毒理学研究的重要组成部分。在一系列遗传毒性实验中 ,微核实验(micronucleitest,MNT)具有试验结果可信度高 ,操作相对简单 ,可同时对多个遗传学终点进行检测等特点而成为必做实验之一[1]。然而 ,随着工业化的不断发展 ,需要运用MNT检测的有害因子越来越多。依赖于人工显微镜计数的传统MNT愈发满足不了实际工作的需要 ,实现MNT的自动化检测就成了MNT进一步发展的关键。本文拟重点论述流式细胞仪在MNT的自动化检测中的应用 。
