Anti-corruption by means of rules and regulations is one of the main mensurements contributing to the great achievement in the construction of keeping an honest and clean atmosphere of the Party in the 1950s.These systems are as follows:buiding and completing cadre menagement and the system of law and regulations; building and completing the system of discipline inspection and supervision in the Party; building and completing the system of letters and calls of complains from the people; building and completing the system of the control for building an honest and clear government.Organizing and making a serious study of these systems will bring us great inspiration and it also has its practical significance for deepening the current-launched campaisn of keeping an honest and clean atmosphere in the Party.
