Investigation on the sanitary status of hotel tableware and public appliances in Liancheng County 20012003

目的 了解连城县城乡旅店业餐具、公共用品卫生状况。方法 按国家规定有关检验方法和监测技术规范 ,随机无菌采样、送检。结果 3a餐具合格率 68 2 9% ;公共用品合格率 72 2 6%。

To investigate the sanitary status of hotel tableware and public appliances in Liancheng. Samples are randomly selected and tested according to the national standardization for the inspection methods and monitoring techniques. The qualification rate of tableware was 68.29%, of the public appliances was 72.26% in 3 years. [Conclusion] the supervision and management on the disinfections of public appliances should be strengthened.
