浅谈女性就业现状存在的问题及相关对策

Analysis on the Existed Problems of Women's Employment and Relavant Strategies

妇女占我国人口的半数以上,是劳动力资源的重要组成部分,但就其目前我国女性就业问题始终不容乐观,女性就业权的切实保护应值得社会普遍关注。文章就女性劳动就业的现实问题,产生问题的原因,解决问题所应采取的措施等问题进行了阐述。如何更好的保护女性劳动者的就业权利,文章提出了女性劳动者就业权的保护现状;导致女职工就业权保护不利的影响因素和困难;加强女性就业权利保护的对策等理论观点。

The quantity of the women in our homeland exceed halfings , so they are the most important parts in the working resource . However , nowadays the problem of women' s employment in our country is not optimistic. The actual protection of women' s employment right is worth of social concernment. In this article, by analyzing the problems of women's labouring employment and the reasons. I applied the measures to solve these problems : how to protect the right of women' s employment in a further degree ; the status of protecting the women's employment right; the adverse factors and difficulties of the women's employment ; strategies of protecting the women's employment right, and so on .
