摘要
本文介绍了应用于工业过程监测的几种非常有效的信号处理方法。这些方法包括 :统计信号处理 ,频域信号处理和时频域信号处理方法。并借助一应用实例 ,以小波变换为例对车削刀具破损过程产生的声发射信号进行了特征提取。
This paper introduces several signal processing methods which are very effective for condition monitoring of industrial process.These methods are classified into three categories:statistical signal processing,frequency domain analysis and time-frequency analysis.To exemplify their effectiveness,the discrete warvelet transform is employed to identify the signature of the acousticemission signal arising from turning tool breakage.
