利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪等分析研究了断裂钢丝及断口的显微形貌和内部缺陷 ,结果发现钢丝拉拔断裂的原因是由于其原始材料———连铸坯中存在大量的非金属夹杂物。

This paper studied the micro-shape and the inner defect of the steel wire with the optical microscope and the scanning electrical microscope and the EDS, the reason of fracture is that there have many defect in the ingot.
