自然循环自动清洗式蒸发器推动力冷模试验研究

摘要 自转扭带自动清洗是解决蒸发器盐垢问题的理想技术 .以强化的自然循环推动力取代强制循环泵 ,可以为每个制糖、制盐、烧碱等等企业每年减少电费百万元以上 .强化的自然循环推动力能否满足蒸发器自动清洗的需要 ?为此建立试验台 ,进行了自然循环推动力可行性的冷模试验研究 .结果表明 ,只要经过加热室的蒸发循环液的温度提高 3℃以上 ,就可以形成 10 0 0 0Pa以上的自然循环推动力 。 The natural cycle and self-cleaning evaporators with twisted tapes are the most ideal as for solving the fouling problem. The technology key is whether the enough driving force of natural cycle can be generated. So, the hydrodynamics simulated experiments were conducted. The results show that the driving force of more than 10,000 can be produced so that the fluid flowing velocity reaches over 1.0m/s to drive the plastic twisted strip, as long as the fluid temperature is increased by over 3℃ after the fluid flowed through the heat transfer tubes. Furthermore, it is easier to substitute the natural cycle for compulsory cycle when the evaporating pressure is higher.
