以四季秋海棠的叶片为外植体 ,对其进行了离体快繁的研究 .结果表明 :附加BA 1mg/L和NAA 0 .1mg L的MS培养基可诱导叶片外植体产生大量不定芽与愈伤组织 ,而诱导生根的最佳培养基是 1/2MS +IBA0 .5mg L .试管苗经过炼苗移栽 。

Using the leaflet as explant, the tissue culture of Begonia Semperflorens in vitro was studied. The result showed that adding BA at 1 mg/L and NAA at 0.1 mg/L in MS media can induce the explant produce a lot of indefinite buds. The optimum media of inducing root formation was 1/2 MA+IBA0.5 mg/L. The survival rate of the tansplantation of tube plantlets was fairly high by forging.
