摘要
文章阐述了一套基于图像处理方法的玻璃均匀性自动检测系统。系统采用偏振光检测的方法,借助于高清晰度CCD数字照相机采集图像,通过自行开发的图像处理软件,由计算机对所得到的图像进行处理,自动给出检测结果。试验结果表明,该系统能在玻璃生产过程中方便、准确、快速地检测玻璃的均匀性,并具有良好的人机对话界面。
This paper introduces a processing system for inspecting glass uniformity. The system applies the theory of lights polarization. It collects the interferograms with Digital CCD camera and then processes them on computer with the self-developed image processing software. The laboratory test and field application show that the system can inspect the glass uniformity quickly and accurately with favorable interface.
