斑点免疫金渗滤试验、生物素-链霉亲和素一步法与培养法检测淋球菌抗原的对比 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨斑点免疫金渗滤试验 (DIGFA)、生物素 链霉亲和素一步法及培养法检测淋球菌抗原的优缺点。方法 同时用DIGFA、生物素 链霉亲和素一步法及培养法检测临床疑诊淋病患者 110例泌尿生殖道标本中的淋球菌抗原 ,并相互比较。结果 DIGFA和生物素 链霉亲和素一步法的敏感性、特异性分别为 97.53 %、92 .85%和 96.2 9%、89.2 8%。配对计数资料 χ2 检验 ,两法分别与培养法比较差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 检测淋球菌抗原的DIG FA、生物素 链霉亲和素一步法是一种简易、快速、敏感。 ObjectiveTo assess dot-immunogold filtration assay(DIGFA),One-step enzyme immunoassay coupling with biotin-streptavidin te chnique and culture for the detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae antigen.Methods110 Urogenital specimens were obtained from patie nts with suspected gonorrhoea.These specimens were tested by DIGFA,one-step enz yme immunoassay coupling with biotin-streptavidin technique and compared with c ulture for detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae antigen. ResultsThe sensitivities and specificities of the two as says were 97.53%,92.85% respectively,and 96.29%,89.28% respectively.The results of parved comparison χ 2 test indicated that the difference between both of th e two assays and cuture were not significant(P>0.05).ConclusionThe DIGFA,one-step enzyme immunoassay coupli ng with biotin-streptavidin technique for detecting N.gonorrhoeae developed in our laberatery is a simple,rapid,sensitive and specific method.
