摘要
目的 探讨人血清抵抗素浓度与游离脂肪酸 (FFA)水平的关系。方法 检测 71例高血压患者空腹血清抵抗素水平 ;口服葡萄糖耐量试验和胰岛素释放试验 ,测定血浆葡萄糖浓度、血清胰岛素浓度、FFA水平。计算体内脂肪百分比 (BF % )。结果 相关分析显示 ,空腹血清抵抗素浓度与口服葡萄糖后 30分钟时相点FFA(0 .5hFFA)水平呈显著正相关 ,与空腹血清FFA、口服葡萄糖后 6 0分钟时相点FFA和 12 0分钟时相点FFA水平无关 ;校正年龄、性别和BF %后的偏相关分析显示 ,空腹血清抵抗素浓度与 0 .5hFFA仍呈显著正相关。结论 高血压病患者血清抵抗素浓度与 0 .5hFFA直接相关 ,提示抵抗素对人FFA代谢可能有重要的影响。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum resistin levels and serum free fatty acid(FFA) concentrations.Methods Fasting serum resistin concentration was measured in 71 hypertension cases.Oral glucose tolerance test and insulin release test were carried out to measure plasma glucose concentrations,serum insulin concentrations and serum FFA levels.Body fat percentage(BF%) was measured.Results Relative analysis showed that fasting serum resistin concentrations were positively correlated with serum FFA levels at 30 min after glucose ingestion (0.5 h FFA),but not correlated with fasting serum FFA and serum FFA levels at 60 min and 120 min after glucose ingestion.After adjustment for age,sex and BF%,partial correlation analysis showed that fasting serum resistin concentrations were positively correlated with 0.5 h FFA levels.Conclusion Serum resistin concentrations are directly related to 0.5 h FFA in essential hypertension patients,suggesting a possible important influence of resistin on FFA metabolism.
