肌桥的肌型配布差异对犬缺损神经再生的影响

摘要 目的 为提高缺损神经的再生效果 ,探求更为理想的肌桥。方法 对取材于犬的缝匠肌颅、尾侧部的肌桥进行了组化分型及桥接缺损神经的实验观察。结果 实验用的肌桥均由Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型的肌纤维混合配布组成 ,但构成比例有较大差异。取材于缝匠肌颅侧部的肌桥主要由Ⅱ型肌纤维组成 ,取材于尾侧部的肌桥主要由Ⅰ型肌纤维组成。由Ⅰ型肌纤维为主要构成的缝匠肌尾侧部肌桥桥接的缺损神经的再生效果较好。结论 肌桥的肌型配布差异对桥接后的缺损神经的再生有较大影响。 Objective To find a sort of ideal muscular bridge for regeneration of defect nerve.Method We observed the distribution of types of muscle fiber in the muscular bridge from Sartorius of dogs and made the experiment that the muscular bridge from Sartorius was sewed to defect nerve. Results The muscular bridge observed consists of types Ⅰ and Ⅱ of muscle fiber,with an obvious difference in the number-proportion between them. The muscular bridge from cranial portion is mainly made of type Ⅱ of muscle fiber.The muscular bridge from caudal portion is almost made of type Ⅰ of muscle fiber. Nerve regeneration sewed by muscular bridge from the caudal portion of Sartorius is better than one from the cranial portion.Conclusion The variety in distribution of types of muscle fiber in the muscular bridge shows a different effect on the regeneration of nerve defect in dogs.
