珍稀濒危植物保护政策初探

Preliminary Exploring of the Policies for the Conservation of the Rare and Endangered Plant Species

本文根据我国珍稀濒危植物的保护现状和管理工作中存在的问题,系统地探讨了加强我国珍稀濒危植物和野生植物资源保护的政策措施。文中提出一系列具体、有效的政策构思,以及建立政府有关主管部门对珍稀濒危植物协调管理的体制等。

Based on the existing conservation situation and the problems in the management of the rare and endangered plant species in China,the policies for conservation of the rare and endangered plant species as well as other wild plant resources were systematiclly explored.Some concrete and effecitive policies were put forward in the paper,such as the policies for management of natural reserves,ex situ conservation centers and in sites out of reserves,policies for the sustainable utilization of plant resources,policies for inhancing the scientific research for the rare and endan- gered plant species,the co-ordinated management system among the governmental sectors con- cerned for the rare and endangered plant species management,etc.
