This kind of wastewater is high concentrated with complex composition and no satisfied treatment has been found already. On the basis of so called static and dynamic experiments for half a year the process composed of flocculent air floatation and biological treatment as kernel is proposed. It is thought that the problem of aircraft washing and de-painting wastewater treatment has been solved.
