不同牙周状态下龈沟液组织型纤溶酶原激活剂及其抑制剂活性的比较 被引量:1

Comparison of the Activity of Tissue Plasminogen Activator and Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor in Gingival Fluid from Different Periodontal Conditions

摘要 目的 检测牙周健康者、慢性龈炎及慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中组织型纤溶酶原激活剂及其抑制剂的活性 ,为牙周病分型及活动期诊断提供客观指标。 方法 选择牙周健康、慢性龈炎及慢性牙周炎患牙 3组 ,治疗前收集龈沟液并记录临床指标 ,用发色底物法测定组织型纤溶酶原激活剂及其抑制剂的活性。 结果  3组中组织型纤溶酶原激活剂活性互相比较差异均无显著性 ,纤溶酶原激活剂抑制剂活性则慢性龈炎组、慢性牙周炎组与牙周健康组相比较差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而慢性龈炎组与慢性牙周炎组比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;纤溶酶原激活剂抑制剂活性与临床指标 BI(P<0 .0 1 ,r=0 .77) ,PI(P<0 .0 1 ,r=0 .6 7)有较好的相关性 ;组织型纤溶酶原激活剂活性则仅与 BI有相关性 (P<0 .0 5 ,r=0 .1 9)。 结论 纤溶酶原激活剂抑制剂活性可能抑制了组织型纤溶酶原激活剂的活性 ,提示纤溶酶原激活剂抑制剂活性可做为判断牙龈炎症程度较为客观的指标 。 Objective To investigate the activity of tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI) in gingival fluid from healthy, chronic gingivitis and chronic periodontitis patients. Methods The activity levels of t-PA and PAI in gingival crevicular fluid were measured from healthy, gingivitis, and periodontitis patients. Crevicular fluid from 168 sites in 38 individuals were collected including 40 sites from 10 healthy, 44 sites from 11 gingivitis, 68 sites from 17 periodontitis. {Results} That significantly high activity level of PAI in gingivitis and periodontitis sites, but there were no significantly difference of t-PA activity among three group. The regression analysis show there to be significant correlations between PAI activity with clinic indexes such as BI(P<0 01, r=0 77), PI(P<0 05, r=0 67), PD(P<0 01, r=0 58), AL(P<0 01, r=0 45). Conclusion This study indicated that the raise of PAI activity may restrain the activity of t-PA in GCF of gingivitis and periodontitis patients. The balance between t-PA and PAI activity in GCF need further research.;
