摘要
目的 动态分析牙尖交错位 (ICP)咬合接触变化规律。 方法 采用 T- Scan 系统 ,记录 2 5名正常者最大咬合力的 ICP咬合过程 ,对咬合数据统计分析。 结果 对受试者最大力状态下接触点数目的三次重复测量的结果差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。咬合力随时间变化曲线呈 S型。随咬合力增加 ,前牙和后牙的接触点数目都增多。 结论 T- Scan 系统传感器具有很高的重复性。 ICP咬合随着咬合力增大 。
Objective To intestigate the rules of the occlusal contacts in intercuspal position in mobile. Methods Occlusions of maximal bite force were recorded in intercuspal position by T-Scan Ⅱ system from 25 subjects with normal intact dentition. The statistic analysis was made. Results There was no statistic difference(P>0.05) among three occlusal records with T-Scan Ⅱ system. The curves of bite force changed with time and showed S pattern. Occlusal contacts of anterior teeth and posterior teeth in intercuspal position increased with the bite force increasing. Conclusion The T-Scan Ⅱ system showed acceptable reproducibility. The more bite force,the more occlusal stability.;
