摘要 陆浑水库泄洪洞自1965年建成以来,衬砌混凝土的质量逐年劣化,裂缝的病害状况已非常严重,对其检测评估的基础上,分析认为,过大的外荷作用、温度应力、混凝土的塑性收缩等因素是泄洪洞裂缝产生并发展的原因。裂缝处理采用TH-2新型环氧灌浆材料,粘度小,可灌性好,和混凝土粘结强度高,浆液固化后的抗压和抗拉强度都很高,补强效果好;施工操作方便。有针对性采用的灌浆工艺,具有工效高、时效快的特点,对灌浆质量起到了重要作用。 Since completion of the Luhun reservoir spillway tunnel in 1965, the lining concrete quality deteriorated gradually, having resulted in very serious damage of concrete cracks. According to the analysis on the basis of spillway tunnel quality test and evaluation, such factors as excessive external load, temperature stress and plastic shrinkage of concrete are the reasons of occurring and development of spillway tunnel cracks. The cracks were treated with TH-1 polyurethane grouting material with the features of low viscosity, good grouting property and higher binding strength. The compressive and tensile strength of the solidified grouting compound are higher and remedy result is quite satisfactory and construction is easier. The higher efficiency and fast construction speed are especially favorable for ensuring the grouting quality.
