摘要
目的 研究乙基纤维素 (EC) -尼可地尔固体分散物释放动力学及影响因素。 方法 1 0 % ,2 0 % ,30 %尼可地尔结合于乙基纤维素形成的固体分散物 ,制成三种不同体积 (2 0 0 ,2 70 ,4 4 0 μm)颗粒。颗粒可添加赋形剂压成片剂。测定不同情况下药物释放速度。 结果 乙基纤维素含量和黏度是主要影响药物释放的速度。颗粒的药物释放是符合于表面弥散的规律。颗粒的大小亦决定药物的释放速度 ,颗粒越小释放越快。 结论 颗粒的药物释放是符合表面扩散 ,黏附的基质乙基纤维素的含量和黏度是决定药物释放的决定性因素 ,固相颗粒的体影响释放速度 。
Objective To investigate the releasing kinetics of ethylcellulose-nicrandil solid dispersion and its impact factors. Methods 10%, 20%, 30% nicrandil combined with ethylcellular solid dispersible powders were fabricated into three different 440, 270, 200 μm granules. The granules add some vehicle for made tablets. Releasing curve of granules and tablets were determined. Results The content of ethylcellulose(EC) was critical in affecting the releasing velocity, increased EC content decrased the releasing rate of nicrandil. Increased viscosity of EC decreased the releasing rate. The small size of granules increasing the releasing rate than the large ones. Conclusion Granules releasing of drug meet the rule of surface diffusion. The content and viscosity of ethylcellulose two important factor affected the releasing rate of drug, the fabricated granules size affect the releasing rate also.;
