湖北省文化产业发展的问题及对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of HuBeiProvince’s Development in Culture Industry

认为湖北省文化产业发展中存在的主要问题是认识不足;管理体制不顺和投融资体制不适应形势发展的需要。解决问题的对策措施是制定湖北省文化产业发展政策;进一步理顺管理体制;建立有效的激励和约束机制;加大产业结构调整力度和推进投融资体制改革。

The article holds that there are mainly three problems in HuBei province development of culture industry:lack of knowledge;unclear about the management system ;the system of investment and extendcrediting can not catch up with the situation.And here are the countmeasures:to make policies about the development of culture industry;to clear up the management system;to establish effective mechanism of stimulation and constraint;to promote the adjustment of industry structure;to advance the reform in investment and extendcrediting system.
